The Goreletter 9.3 Mailed

The Goreletter Vol. 9, #3 was delivered to mailing list subscribers on 6/13/14 @ 11:00pm est. It contains extra entertainment/material not available here on the weblog version, including a "scratch and dent" sale item exclusive to subscribers, new creative writing, a photo from WHC 1996, and even a sequel to the infamous poem, Fuzzy Bunnies. A version of the image above was also included in the newsletter -- if you like it, you can download a large size of it as a desktop wallpaper on my flickr gallery. ATTENTION: The Former Goreletter Server/Archive has Moved

On Halloween, I began using a new mail server to design and deliver The Goreletter, which includes fancy HTML graphics and more options. I have also now removed previous newsletter server pages for The Goreletter -- which means that more than a decade's worth of former archives are also no longer accessible and any links here and abroad that referenced a "cgi" directory are no longer valid and will probably take visitors automatically to an error page or a dead end. In the mean time, I will be moving the archives of back issues and chasing down old, dead links to them. Thank you to all who follow my writing…

Here's a taste: a sample back issue from July. [Update: take a…

Thanks to everyone who entered the Play Dead "Pick a Card" Contest! The rules were simple: guess a card I randomly pulled from the deck. If you guessed the suit or the pip correct, you were entered into a random draw for a chance to win. One lucky person guessed the exact card and won the grand prize! And here are the results... Many congratulations to the following winners! As you can see above, the card drawn was the 6 of clubs. Tracy Mowdy was one of four people who guessed the correct suit, and won the draw for a…
